Before we purchase a piece of land we carry out all the necessary surveys & investigations to ensure its compatibility with building homes, and our solicitors also carry out all the legal checks.

After purchasing a piece of land we carry out the necessary site works to ensure that it is ‘plot ready’ this means we:

• Clear the site
• Install main sewer/drainage and road up to each plot
• Work with the water, electricity, gas and cable services to ensure easy connection when you are ready
• Top soil and fence individual plots

We also form relationships with the local planning authority and attain planning permission for each plot against one of our standard house type.
