Part of our vision at Plot2build is to help you to make the most of your plot and build the home you dream of with as little stress as possible.

For some of our self build clients this is their second or third project but for many, this is a daunting and exciting step into the unknown. For this reason we have chosen to offer what are considered to be the more difficult areas of self build such as the ground works and shell.

We also have access to many professionals including solicitors, architects and our own project managers.

These recommendations and services can offer you piece of mind, value for money and are ultimately labour saving. For example; having your build project managed from the beginning means the inspections and obtaining the final warranties are all taken care of i.e. NHBC/Zurich.

This is your project, your dream and your time to decide what you need so we won’t interfere unless you request us to but, we are a helping hand when you need it.
