Q: Will my plot already have planning permission?

A: Yes, all the plots we sell will already have permission usually based on a standard housetype.

Q: Can I build the house that already has permission?

A: Yes, if you like the house that is already scheduled for the plot you can purchase the plans or we can make alterations for you, if this doesn't affect the footprint or external appearance there may not be a need to change the planning consent.

Q: How long do I have to apply for detailed planning consent?

A: Outline planning permission usually lasts for 3 years during which you make your detailed planning application, we will assist you with this if you wish.

Q: Can we know what our neighbours are going to build?

A: Yes, we will monitor the designs of all homes to ensure they achieve a desirable and complimentary environment.

Q: Are you just gloryfied estate agents?

A: No, we are professional House Builders and Developers using our experience to make serviced plots available to the self builder, all the plots we have for sale are owned by us.

Q: Can you assist us with the building project?

A: We have a menu of additional services available from house design, to building you a watertight structure for you to complete internally.

Q: Can you recommend trades people and suppliers?

A: Yes, we can recommend professionals in most trades along with materials suppliers that work closely with our parent company Fairgrove Homes.
