Plot2Build was formed as a subsidiary company of Fairgrove Homes who specialise in building luxury new homes in the East Midlands, to cater for customers who are seeking either a plot to self build or a design which cannot be found in the mainstream marketplace.

At Plot2Build we specialise in locating individual plots, and small sites that can be split for self builders. Using the development experience & buying power of our parent company we take a development site of around 5 plots, install the services, and make individual plots available to self builders.

We can then offer a full building service or leave you alone to carry out your own project, providing a ‘helping hand’ when necessary.

We have previously built from small estate houses to large individual country homes, converted barns and an old Mill (for which we received a design award from Ashfield District Council)

Our land buying team continually hunt out highly desirable locations, often where the landowner hasn't considered that planning permission would be available. This way we can make unique locations available to the self builder.

Our usual site will be around 5 plots, but we also source individual plots and larger sites.

In other words - we will help overcome the frustration of finding and purchasing a plot and let you devote your time to getting on with the project, or we will deliver a completed individual residence.
